Intersegmental Curriculum Workgroup: the body that approves TMCs, and thus might also be influential in recommending whether engineering MCs would have similar benefits. It makes recommendations to the CSU academic senate and the CC and CSU Chancellors offices. UCs can also be involved in the ICW due to the new memorandum of understanding, but so far have not contributed to the engineering deliberations.
